Abstract
Istraživanje je provedeno na pokušalištu Poljoprivrednog instituta iz Osijeka tijekom 2015. godine. Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati variranje uroda i svojstava klipa hibrida kukuruza u različitim tretmanima navodnjavanja. Pokus je postavljen po split-plot shemi u tri ponavljanja. Tretmani navodnjavanja bili su kako slijedi: a1 (kontrolni tretman navodnjavanja), a2 ( 60-100% poljskog vodnog kapaciteta, PVK ), te a3 (80-100% PVK). Kukuruz je navodnjavan metodom kišenja. Posijani su slijedeći hibridi kukuruza Poljoprivrednog instituta Osijek: b1 = OSSK596; b2 = OSSK617; b3 = OSSK665; b4 = OSSK552. Urod zrna značajno je rastao povećanjem norme navodnjavanja. Urod je bio u rasponu od 8,48 t/ha na kontrolnom tretmanu navodnjavanja (a1) do 9,42 t/ha na tretmanu navodnjavanja gdje je dodana najveća količina vode (a3). Dužina klipa kukuruza po tretmanima navodnjavanja bila je u rasponu od 19,98 – 20,17 cm. Hibrid je vrlo značajno utjecao na dužinu klipa kukuruza. Najduži klip izmjeren je kod hibrida b1, a iznosio je 21,37 cm, dok je najkraći klip izmjeren kod hibrida b4 te je iznosio 19,14 cm. Masa klipa kukuruza po tretmanima navodnjavanja bila je u rasponu od 1244 g na (a1) do 1321g na (a3). Hibrid je vrlo značajno utjecao na masu klipa kukuruza. Najveća masa klipa zabilježena je kod hibrida b2 (1352 g) dok je najmanja masa izmjerena kod hibrida b4 (1192 g). Navodnjavanje je vrlo značajno povećalo broj zrna po klipu kukuruza. Najveći broj zrna zabilježen je je na (a3) tretmanu navodnjavanja, iznosio je 594, dok je najmanji broj zrna 567 zabilježen na kontrolnom tretmanu (a1). Hibrid je vrlo značajno utjecao na broj zrna po klipu. Najveći broj zrna na klipu (602), zabilježen je kod hibrida b1 (OSSK596), dok je najmanji broj zrna (558), zabilježen kod hibrida b3 (OSSK665). Slaba povezanost pozitivnog smjera bila je između uroda i dužine klipa kukuruza (r = 0,319*), između uroda i broja zrna na klipu kukuruza (r = 0,385*) te između mase oklaska i dužine klipa kukuruza (r = 0,309*). Značajna srednje jaka povezanost (r = 0,43*) pozitivnoga smjera bila je između uroda zrna i mase klipa kukuruza te između dužine klipa i broja zrna na klipu (r = 0,485*). Zatim između mase oklaska i mase klipa kukuruza (r = 0,615*), broja zrna na klipu i mase klipa (r = 0,578*). Vrlo jaka povezanost pozitivnoga smjera bila je između mase klipa i dužine klipa kukuruza (r = 0,70*).

The research was set up at the trial field of Agricultural institute in Osijek during growing season 2015 in split – plot arrangement and three replicates. The main goal of study was to determine the influence of different irrigation treatments and maize hybrids on yield and some cob parameters (length, weight, grain number). The irrigation treatments where as follows: a1 – rainfed; a2 – 60-100% field water capacity, FWC; a3 – 80-100% FWC. Maize was irrigated with self-moved sprinkler system. Four maize hybrids where tested: b1 = OSSK596; b2 = OSSK617; b3 = OSSK665; b4 = OSSK552 (Agricultural instate in Osijek). Irrigation treatment significantly increased maize grain yield. Yield ranged from 8.48 t/ha at rainfed plots (a1) to 9.42 t/ha at a3 irrigation plots. This means that the grain yield was higher as the amount of irrigation water was higher. In average across irrigation treatments cob length ranged from 19.98 cm (a1) to 20.17 cm (a3) although without significant differences. Cob length significantly varied across hybrids. The longest cob had b1 (OSSK596) hybrid, 21.37 cm. Cob weight ranged from 1244 g (a1) to 1321 (g) across irrigation treatments yet without significant differences. Maize hybrid had significant influence on cob weight. The minimum weight had b4 (1192 g) hybrid while the maximum cob weight had b2 (1352) hybrid. Irrigation treatment significantly increased grain number per cob, it ranged from 567 (a1) to 594 (a3). Hybrid had very significant influence on grain number per cob, it ranged from 558 (b3) to 602 (b1). As for correlation analysis, weak positive correlation was between yield and cob length (r = 0.319*) and between yield and grain number per cob (r = 0.385*), cob weight and cob length (r = 0.309*). Moderate positive correlation was between yield and cob weight (r = 0.43*) and between cob length and grain number per cob (r = 0.615*) and between grain number per cob and cob weight (r = 0.578*). Strong positive correlation was between cob weight and cob length (r = 0.70).
