Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja je bilo utvrditi kako endofitna vrsta Fusarium solani djeluje na fitopatogenu gljivicu Fusarium culmorum. Provedena su dva pokusa. Nakon ispitivanja u prvom pokusu utvrdili smo da ekstrakt gljivice F. solani ne pokazuje antimikrobno djelovanje na porast gljivice F. culmorum. Drugi je pokus dao bolje rezultate, te se pokazalo da zrna inokulirana endofitom, a zaražena sa F. culmorum bolje klijaju nego zrna zaražena samo sa F. culmorum iako taj utjecaj nije statistički značajan. Iz dobivenih rezultata zaključili smo da postoji određen pozitivan utjecaj endofita na klijanje zrna, te protiv zaraze s F. culmorum

The aim of this study was to find out how endophytic species Fusarium solani affects phytopathogenic fungi Fusarium culmorum. Two exsperiments were carried out and after first experiment we have determined that the ekstract of F. solani does not exhibit antimicrobal activity on the growth of F. culmorum fungi. The second experiment gave better results and showed that the grain that was inoculated with endophyte and infected with F. culmorum better germinate that the grain infected with only F. culmorum although that influence is not statisticaly important. From the obtained results, we conclude that there are certain positive influence of endophyte on grain germination and against infection with F. culmorum.
