Abstract
Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je ispitati i utvrditi zastupljenost glijadinskih lokusa u dvadeset hrvatskih sorata ozime pšenice. Za analizu i identifikaciju podjedinica na Gli-B1 i Gli-D1 lokusima korištena je poliakrilamid gel elektroforeza (PAGE) u prisutnosti natijeva dodecil sulfata (SDS). Na Gli-B1 lokusima najvecu zastupljenost su imale kombinacije podjedinica 63+67 s frekvencijom od 50%, dok je najmanju zastupljenost imala podjedinica 61 s frekvencijom od 5%. Prisutne su bile i podjedinice 60, 66 i nulti alel (N). Na Gli-D1 lokusu najzastupljenija je bila podjedinica 55 s frekvencijom od 90%, prisutna je bila kombinacija podjedinica 55+56+59 s frekvencijom od 5%, te podjedinica 59 s frekvencijom takoer od 5%.

Parallel abstract (English)
The aim of this study was to examine and determine distibution of Gli-B1 and Gli-D1 loci in twenty Croatian winter wheat varieties using SDS PAGE. At Gli-B1 loci we determined prevalence of subunits 63+67 combination with a frequency of 50%, while the lowest prevalence had subunit 61 with a frequency of 5%. Subunits 60, 66 and null allele (N) were also present. At Gli-D1 locus, the most common subunit was 55 with a frequency of 90%, combination of subunits 55 + 56 + 59 and the subunit 59 were also present with frequency of 5%.
