Abstract
Tehnologija proizvodnje pilećeg mesa je vrlo složen proces čiji uspjeh ovisi o brojnim faktorima. Trajanje tova traje oko 6 tjedana za koje vrijeme je potrebno osigurati sve preduvjete za efikasnu proizvodnju, nakon čega slijedi trotjedno čišćenje i pripremanje peradnjaka za novi turnus. Potrebno je izabrati hibrid koji odgovara podneblju na kojem se nalazi peradnjak. Izbor krmne smjese je vrlo bitan faktor u proizvodnji, potrebno se je pridržavati minimalnih potreba pilića prema hranjivim tvarima i mineralima. Ima nekoliko načina držanja i mi odabiremo na koji ćemo način držati piliće. U peradnjak je potrebno ugraditi sustave ventilacije s ciljem postizanja cirkulacije zraka i omjera plinova u peradnjaku. Pored ventilacije se ugrađuju sustavi za grijanje i hlađenje peradnjaka, koji osiguravaju povoljne klimatske uvijete za uzgoj. Hranilice i pojilice osiguravaju stalni izvor hrane i vode. Izlov, transport i klanje pilića potrebno je izvršiti prema zakonskim regulativama koje osiguravaju određeni stupanj humanosti.

Production technology of poultry meat is very complex process which success depends about many factor. Feeding duration is around 6 weeks. During that time we have to secure all requirements for effective production, after it we have to wait 3 weeks during which we clean poultry house and prepare for new generation. It is important to choose proper hybrid which will give us best result depended about where we feeding broiler. Choice of the compound feed is very important in production, we need to satisfy all essential broiler requirements for nutrients and minerals. In poultry house we need to build system for ventilation, heating and cooling systems which will enable all microclimatic conditions enabling optimal results in production. Feed and water needs to be available during all time. Catching, transport and slaughter of chickens need to be in accordance to legal regulations aiming a certain level humanity.
