Abstract

At today's level of human society development, the right to flawless food is one of the fundamental human rights. Because of the inadequate human relationship to nature, the bee has become the most endangered animal species, because it often moves in nature and immediately senses all adverse effects. This is particularly noticeable in excessive or indirect use of pesticides as they cause sublethal problems and problems of bee movement. There is also a disturbance of communication and eating bee communities, dying of larval plants, the immune system of bee-keeping communities, etc. Among people, there is growing awareness of the need to adopt a new way of managing bee-keeping, which is ecological beekeeping. The problem of ecological agricultural production, as well as ecological beekeeping. Governed by the Law on Agriculture and the Ordinance on the Ecological Production of Animal Products. The Ordinance regulates special issues of bee-keeping arrangements, such as: bee keeping, bee-bee making, bee wax origin, use of only natural products in bee hives (propolis, wax and vegetable oils), ban on the use of honeycomb honey The ban on the use of chemical synthetic means for rejecting insects during honey stripping.
