Abstract
Cilj ovog istraţivanja bio je ustanoviti promjene u masi grozda, bobice i prinosa kod kultivara Sauvignon bijeli ( Vitis vinifera L. ) izazvanih primjenom rane ručne i strojne defolijacije ( prorjeĎivanje listova ) u 2012. godini. Pokus je postavljen 30. svibnja 2012. godine. Defolijacija je ampelotehnički zahvat koji se ubraja u mjere zelene rezidbe, kojom se uklanja dio lišća. Provodila se prije cvatnje, u tri ponavljanja s tri varijante: kontrolni tretman, strojna i ručna defolijacija. Kontrolni tretman je bio bez defolijacije i sluţio je za usporedbu sa ostalim tretmanima sa ciljem dobivanja razlike u dobivenim rezultatima sa i bez defolijacije. Strojna defolijacija izvršena je bočnim traktorskim priključkom. Ručnom defolijacijom na svakoj mladici uklonjeno je šest listova od osnove. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata i statističke obrade nisu utvrĎene statistički značajne razlike izmeĎu ručne i strojne defolijacije, kao ni izmeĎu ručne defolijacije i kontrolnog tretmana, niti izmeĎu strojne defolijacije i kontrolnog tretmana.

Goal of this work was to determine the variation in overall bunch mass, berry mass and overall yield of Sauvignon blanc grapes depending on the application of an early manual and machine defoliation in year 2012. The experiment was set on May 30, 2012. Defoliation is an ampelotechnical procedure which is applied for partial leaf removal. In the presented case, defoliation was carried out before flower blossoming, in three different variations (techniques) with three repetitions per variation. Variations included: control treatment, machine and manual defoliation. Control treatment was carried out without defoliation and served as a case for comparison with other cases applying defoliation process. Process of machine defoliation was carried out using a device mounted on a tractor. During the process of manual defoliation, six leaves were removed from the basis. Based on the obtained results and statistical analysis, no significant difference between the process of manual and machine defoliation was observed. Comparison of both defoliation techniques against the control treatment showed no significant difference as well.
