Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je praćenje stanja uskladištenog merkantilnog kukuruza (vlage, temperature, hektolitarske težine) te prisutnosti štetne entomofaune tijekom siječnja, veljače i ožujka 2015. u tri različita skladišna prostora OPG-a Pažur Anica iz Cerne. Ukupno su analizirana 96 uzoraka iz tri različita skladišta. Prosječna vlaga zrna merkantilnog kukuruza kretala se u rasponu od 12% do 15,1% ovisno o tipu skladišta i sloju uskladištenog kukuruza. Najviše prosječne vrijednosti vlage zrna kukuruza izmjerene su u betonskom silosu, a ovisno o sloju kukuruzne mase najviše vrijednosti vlage zabilježene su pri vrhu i to u sva tri tipa skladišta. Prosječna temperatura zrna merkantilnog kukuruza kretala se u rasponu od 7°C do 18,5°C. Općenito najviše vrijednosti temperature zrna kukuruza zabilježene su na vrhu mase, i to kod sva tri tipa skladišta, a s obzirom na tip skladišta, najviše prosječne vrijednosti izmjerene su u pocinčanom silosu. Analizom na prisutnost štetnika, pronađen je tek sporadičan broj uginulih jedinki vrste S. granarius L. Općenito stanje uskladištenog kukuruza je bilo zadovoljavajuće, s temperaturnim vrijednostima zrna unutar optimalnih skladišnih uvjeta, te blago povišenom vlagom zrna. Potrebno je spuštanje vlage proizvoda prozračivanjem, te nakon toga daljnje redovito praćenje stanja uskladištenog kukuruza na OPG-u Pažur Anica.

The aim of this research was monitoring of stored mercantile maize condition (seed moisture, temperature, hectolitre weight) and also number and determination of stored pets during January, February and March 2015 from three different storage types at family farm Pažur Anica from Cerna. There were total 96 samples analyzed from three different storage types. The average grain moisture was in range from 12% to 15.1% depending on the storage type and layer of stored mass. The highest average grain moisture was conducted in concrete silo, and depending on the layer of stored maize, the highest moisture level was on the top and that in all three storage types. The average grain temperature was in the range from 7°C to 18.5°C. In general,the highest grain temperature values were conducted on the top of the stored mass and that at all three storage type, and concerning to storage type, the highest temperature values were recorded in galvanized silo. Analyzing the stored pest presence, only sporadic number of dead units of species Sithopilus granarius L. In general condition of stored corn was satisfied with grain temperature values in optimal stored conditions, and slightly high grain moisture. Further, moisture decreasing is necessary, and after orderly monitoring of stored maize condition at family farm Pažur Anica.
