Abstract
Začinska paprika uzgajala se na površini od 1 hektara u Punitovcima. Za sjeme se koristila sorta slatke paprike Szegedi 80. Sjetva je obavljena 15. ožujka u stiroporske kutije za proizvodnju prijesadnica, koje su se grijale u plasteniku. Presađivanje u polje obavljeno je 15. svibnja u sklopu od 50.000 biljaka po ha. Berba se obavljala ručno u više navrata, jer plodovi neravnomjerno sazrijevaju. Prva berba obavljala se krajem kolovoza, a beru se zdravi tamnocrveni plodovi. Nakon berbe paprika se sušila u sušari, te se mljela posebnim mlinom. Na kraju se dobilo 1.200 kg samljevene začinske paprike. Proizvodnja začinske paprike pokazala se vrlo profitabilnom i ekonomičnom. Troškovi proizvodnje iznosili su 73.900,00 kn, a uz prinos od 10 t/ha svježe začinske paprike i od toga 1.200 kg samljevene začinske paprike i vrijednost od 110.000,00 kn, ostvarena je dobit od 36.100,00 kn

Parallel abstract (English)
Pepper cultivated over an area of 1 hectare in Punitovci. For the seeds of the variety of sweet pepper used Szegedi 80 sowing was carried out on March 15 in styrofoam containers for the production of seedlings, which were heated in the greenhouse. Transplanting the field was carried out on May 15 in the framework of 50,000 plants per hectare. The harvest is performed manually several times, because the fruits ripen unevenly. The first harvest was performed at the end of August, and is picked healthy dark red fruits. After harvesting peppers are dried in a dryer, and a special grind mill. Finally produce 1,200 kg of milled spice pepper. Production of spice pepper proved to be very profitable and cost-effective. Production costs amounted to 73.900,00 kn, and with a yield of 10 t / ha fresh spice pepper and of that 1.200 kg of milled spice pepper and value of 110.000,00 kn, realized a profit of 36.100,00 kn.
