Abstract
Anketno ispitivanje koje je provedeno u ovom završnom radu pokazuje kako potrošači preferiraju češnjak. Anketa je provedena na 102 ispitanika, a rezultati su sljedeći: većina ispitanih su žene sa 60,78% dok su muškarci zastupljeni sa 39,22% ispitanih. Najviše je visokoobrazovanih sa 47,06%, a dobna struktura stanovništva najzastupljenija sa onima do 30 godine života sa 74,51%. Prosječan broj članova obitelji kretao se od 1 do 7, a podjednak je postotak obitelji onih sa 4 i 5 članova (34,31%). Najviše ispitanika ima mjesečna primanja od 2001,00 do 5000,00 kn (41,18%) dok je najmanje onih sa primanjima manjim od 2000,00 kn (7,84%). Najviše anketiranih češnjak konzumira jedanput tjedno (41,18%), dok je onih koji ga svakodnevno konzumiraju 24,51%. Potrošači češnjak uglavnom sami proizvode 39,22%, dok ga ostali kupuju na tržnicama, u trgovinama. Gotovo svi ispitanici izjasnili su se da prilikom kupnje češnjaka odabiru domaći češnjak, za to se izjasnilo 93,14% ispitanih. Prvo na što kupci obraćaju pozornost prilikom kupnje je cijena (49,02%). Da su upoznati sa korisnosti češnjaka za zdravlje izjasnilo se 92,16 % ispitanih. Kvaliteta, stabilnost i nutritivna vrijednost češnjaka ocjenjeni su sa prosječnom ocjenom 4. Ispitanici su također visokim ocjenama ocijenili višenamjensku uporabu češnjaka, mogućnost konzumacije cijele godine i jednostavnost konzumacije sa prosječnim ocjenama 4 od najveće moguće 5, dok je korisnost za ljudsko zdravlje ocjenjena najvećom ocjenom 5.

A survey performed in the final paper indicates that consumers like garlic. The survey included 102 respondents, 60.78% of them were women, and 60.78% were men. The majority of respondents had higher degrees of education (47.06%). The largest age group included respondents up to 30 years of age. The average number of family members ranged from 1 to 7, and there was an equal percentage of families with 4 or 5 members. Monthly income of most respondents ranged from 2.001,00 kn to 5.000,00 kn (41.18%), and the number of those with a monthly income less than 2.000,00 kn was the lowest (7.84%). Most respondents consumed garlic on a daily basis (24.51%). Most consumers produced garlic themselves (39.22%), whereas others bought it in shops or market places. Almost all respondents said that they bought homegrow garlic (93.14%). The very first thing they paid attention to was the price (49.02%). 92.16% of respondents said that they knew the health benefits of garlic. The quality of garlic, as well as its stability and nutritional value scored an average grade 4. Garlic also scored high with an average grade 4 out of 5 with regard to its versatility of use, consumation availability throughout the whole year, and an ease of consummation. Human health benefit scored the highest grade of 5.
