Abstract
Provedeno je istraživanje na pokusu kukuruza, te je utvrđivan utjecaj nadzemnog štetnika (O. nubilalis Hübner) na nematofaunu tla u kukuruzu. Istraživanje je obavljeno na hibridu OsSK 552, u četiri različita tretmana navodnjavanja i gnojidbe, u srpnju i rujnu 2013. godine u Osijeku. Utvrđen je broj gusjenica kukuruznog moljca, dužina oštećenja stabljike od kukuruznog moljca po stabljici, masa klipa kukuruza, ukupna brojnost nematoda u tlu, brojnost trofičkih grupa nematoda, te zastupljenost rodova biljno parazitnih i fungivornih nematoda. Na broj gusjenica veći je utjecaj imalo navodnjavanje, a na dužinu oštećenja i broj nematoda gnojidba. U interakciji između nadzemnog štetnika i zajednice nemadota u tlu, rezultatima je utvrđena statistički značajna negativna korelacija između dužine oštećenja stabljike od kukuruznog moljca i ukupnog broja nematoda u tlu, te se zaključuje da će nadzemni štetnik (O. nubilalis Hübner) negativno utjecati na nematofaunu tla. Povećanjem oštećenja stabljike od kukuruznog moljca smanjivat će se ukupna brojnost nematoda u tlu.

The research was conducted on the maize experiment and the effect of the aboveground pest (O. nubilalis Hübner) on soil nematofauna in maize was out to determin. The research was preformed on hybrid OsSK 552, on four different treatment of irrigation and fertilization, in July and September 2013, in Osijek. Corn borer larvae number, stalk tunneling of corn borer per stalk, corncob mass, total number of soil nematodes, nematodes trophic groups number, representation of plant parasitic and mycophagous nematodes gender was determined. Irrigation had bigger effect on corn borer larvae number, fertilization had bigger effect on stalk tunneling and nematodes number. In interaction between abovegroung pest and soil nematodes community, results show significant negative corelation between stalk tunneling and total nematodes number and it is concluded that aboveground pest (O. nubilalis Hübner) will negatively effect on soil nematofauna. Increased stalk tunneling will reduce total number of soil nematodes.
