Abstract
Suvremena proizvodnja grožđa i vina uključuje uzgoj osjetljivih kultivara na uzročnika sive plijesni što značajno otežava uspješnu zaštitu. Prema načelima integrirane zaštite bilja kulturalne mjere pripadaju u zelene mjere i imaju prednost u odnosu na kemijske mjere kontrole patogena i trebaju biti promovirane u praksi. Cilj istraživanja bio je utvrditi utjecaj različitih mjera zaštite protiv Botrytis cinerea na neke kvantitativne i kvalitativne parametre. Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom 2015. godine. Pokus je postavljen po slučajnom bloknom rasporedu na vinogradarskom pokušalištu Mandićevac Poljoprivrednog fakulteta u Osijeku na kultivaru Cabernet sauvignon sa šest tretmana u četiri repeticije. Najveći prosječni urod grožđa po trsu zabilježen je kod tretmana koji se sastojao od standardne zaštite (1,32 kg/trsu), kontrolnog tretmana bez zaštite od Botrytis cinerea (1,28 kg/trsu) i tretmana gdje je primijenjen kalcijev klorid (1,27 kg/trsu). Kod ova tri tretmana urod je bio visoko značajno veći u odnosu na tretman gdje je primijenjen skup ampelotehničkih mjera (0,90 kg/trsu). Kod ostalih istraživanih parametara (sadržaj šećera i ukupna kiselost mošta, te relani aciditet ) nisu utvrđene statistički značajne razlike.

Modern production of grape and wine evolves growing cultures sensitive to Botritys cinerea wich makes plant protection much more difficult. According to principles of integrated plant protection, cultural measures belong to green measures and they should be prefered over the chemical pathogen control measures, and put into practical. The goal of the reserch was to determine the influence of different means of plant protection against Botrytis cinerea on some qualitative and quantitative parameters. The research was conducted in 2015. The experiment was set up in random blocks design the winegrowing experimental field in Mandićevac of the Agriculture faculty in Osijek on the Cabernet Sauvignon variety with 6 treatments in 4 repetitions. The biggest avarage yield of grapes per vine had the ones the registerd standard means of protection (1,32kg/vine), second biggest were the once with control treatment without protection from Botrytis cinerea (1,28kg/vine) and the third biggest were the once with calcium chloride treatment. With these three treatments yield was highly significantly higher when compared to vines that had amphelotechnical treatment measures (0,90 kg/vine). No significant statistical differences was determined with other researched parametars (amount of sugar, overall acidity of the must, and the real acidity).
