Abstract
Cilj ovog rada bio je utvrditi ukupne i raspoložive koncentracije elemenata u tragovima (Co, Cr, Cd, i Pb). Na izabranim proizvodnim površinama s područja Osječko-baranjske i Vukovarsko-srijemske županije prikupljeni su prosječni uzorci oraničnog sloja tla (0-30 cm). Uzorci tla su prikupljeni nakon žetve, te su osušeni na zraku, samljeveni u mlinu, prosijani i pripremljeni za agrokemijske analize. Nakon toga, uzorci tla su razoreni sa zlatotopkom (1/3 HNO3 + 2/3 HCl) radi utvrđivanja ukupnih koncentracija elemenata u tragovima, te su ekstrahirani pomoću dvije metode ekstrakcije (EDTA i DTPA). Rezultati navedenih metoda su pokazali različite ukupne i raspoložive koncentracije elemenata u tragovima. Prosječne ukupne koncetracije kroma bile su za oko 130 puta veće nego prosječne ukupne koncentracije kadmija, međutim EDTA i DTPA metode su ekstrahirale znatno veće koncetracije kadmija u odnosu na krom. Isto tako, analizirane su pH vrijednosti tala i njihov utjecaj na raspoložive koncentracije elemanata u tragovima. Naime, raspoložive koncentracije kobalta i kroma bile su veće na kiselim nego na karbonatnim tlima, dok pH vrijednosti tla nisu utjecale na raspoloživost kadmija. S druge pak strane, rasploživost olova je na području Osječko-baranjske županije bila veća na karbonatnim tlima, dok je na području Vukovarsko-srijemske županije nešto veća raspoloživost bila na kiselim tlima.

The aim of this study was to determine the total and available concentrations of trace elements (Co, Cr, Cd and Pb). On the selected production areas from Osijek-Baranja and Vukovar-Srijem county arable top soil layer (0-30 cm) samples were collected after harvest. The samples were air-dried, milled in a mill, screened and prepared for agrochemical analyzes. Soil samples were digested with aqua regia (1/3 HNO3 + 2/3 HCl), to determine the total concentration of trace elements, and extracted by two extraction methods (EDTA and DTPA). The results of these methods show different total and available concentrations of trace elements. For example, the average total concentration of chromium were approximately 130 times higher than the average of the total concentration of cadmium, but EDTA and DTPA methods extracted significantly higher concentration of cadmium compared to chromium. Likewise, the soil pH and their impact on the available concentration of trace elements were analyzed. The available concentration of cobalt and chromium were higher in acid than in calcareous soils, while chemical analysis showed that the soil pH did not affect the availability of cadmium. On the other hand, the availability of lead in the area of Osijek-Baranja County was higher in calcareous soils, while in the Vukovar-Srijem county the availability on acid soils was slightly greater.
