Abstract
Rizosfera pruţa kompleksnu i dinamičnu mikroklimu gdje korisne bakterije i gljive, u suradnji s korijenom osnivaju jedinstvene zajednice koje imaju značajan potencijal za detoksikaciju štetnih organskih spojeva ali i za druge vrlo bitne procese kao što je primjerice fiksacija atmosferskog dušika. Biološki fiksatori dušika, fosfomobilizatori i mikorize poboljšavaju opskrbu biljke mineralnim tvarima koje su joj potrebne za ostvarivanje boljeg rasta i razvoja i većeg prinosa. Sintezom biljnih hormona dodatno se stimulira biljni rast te tako utječe na otpornost biljaka. Ovi korisni mikroorganizmi mogu djelovati kao prirodna gnojiva, a njihovom upotrebom u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji se moţe smanjiti korištenje kemijskih sredstava i na taj način pridonijeti smanjenom onečišćavanju okoliša.

A rhizosphere provides a complex and dynamic microclimate in which useful bacteria and fungi together with the root set up unique communities that have a significant potential for detoxification of harmful organic bonds as well as for other essential processes like the nitrogen fixation. The biological nitrogen-fixing microorgansims, phosphate solubilizing bacteria and mycorrhiza improve supply plants with minerals that are necessary for the achievement of better growth and development and higher yields. The plant growth is additionally stimulated by the plant hormone synthesis and in that way influences the immunity of plants. These useful microorganisms can react as natural compost and by using them in the agricultural production the chemical resources may be reduced and in that way contribute to less polluted environment.
