Abstract
Oplemenjivanje pšenice u Republici Hrvatskoj traje više od 100 godina, prvenstveno jer je pšenica najvažniji ratarski usjev. Uzgaja se na oko 23% svjetskih obradivih površina. Agrigenetis d.o.o. već drugo desetljeće uspješno radi na oplemenjivanju pšenica. Za sobom imaju 100 priznatih sorti ozime pšenice. Među vodećima u Republici Hrvatskoj su: Srpanjka, Viktorija, Mia, Maja, Gabi i druge. Po slučajnom blok sustavu ispitali smo 36 Agrigeneticovih sorti s ciljem pronalaska najotpornijih i najosjetljivijih sorti. Rezultati su potvrdili otpornost na Pucciniu striiformis sp. kod AG sorti, dok se zbog klimatskih prilika i pojave bolesti, prinos Srpanjke prepolovio u odnosu 2013. godinu. Sorte : AG 6.67/12-11, Viktorija, Mia, Oluja, Maja, Gabi te Bjanka potvrdile svoje karakteristike stabilnih visokokvalitetnih krušarica sa zadovoljavajućim prinosom i u godini koja nije idealna za uzgoj pšenice. Također su to potvrdili i novi kultivari: AG 6.171/15, AG6.76/16-11, AG 6.113/17, te AG 6.171/14. Dok su sorte: Karla, AG 6.113/18-11, AG 6.115/7-11,te AG 475/109 i AG 4162/1608 manje zadovoljavajuće s proteinom od 12,47%, 12,13% , 11,90%, te 12,23% i 12,10 %. Najlošiji gluten, izmjeren je kod AG 6.113/18-11, AG 6.115/7-11, AG 475/109 i AG 4162/1608, a iznosi 23%, 22%, 23,33 i 22,33%.

Wheat breeding lasts more that 100 years in Croatia, especialy because wheat is one of the most important agricultural crops. It is grown on 23% of world´s cultivated area. Agrigenetics Ltd. is working second decade successfully in wheat breeding. They have 100 recognized varieties of winter wheat. Amongst these varieties, leading in Croatia are: Srpanjka, Viktorija, Mia, Maja, Gabi and others. With an analysis of a random sample block we examined 36 Agrigenetic's varieties with the aim of finding the most resistant and the most sensitive varieties. The results confirmed resistance to Puccinia striiformis sp. at the AG varieties, while due to climatic conditions and disease outbreaks, yield of Srpanjka was halved compared to 2013. Varieties: AG 6.67 / 12-11, Victoria, Mia, Oluja, Maja, Gabi and Bianca confirmed its stable characteristics of high-quality bread grain with a satisfactory yield in the year that is not ideal for the cultivation of wheat, also that confirmed the new cultivars: AG 6171/15 , AG6.76 / 16-11, AG 6113/17, the AG 6171/14. While the varieties Karla, AG 6113/18 - 11, 6115 AG / 7-11, AG 475/109 and 4162/1608 AG are less satisfying with a protein of 12.47%, 12.13%, 11.90% , 12.23% and 12.10%. The lowest gluten was measured at AG 6113/18 to 11, 6115 AG / 7-11, 475/109 AG and AG 4162/1608, which amounts to 23%, 22%.
