Abstract
Na području Općine Našice cilj istraživanja je doći do saznanja o tehničkoj ispravnosti strojeva za zaštitu bilja te testiranjem utvrditi tehničko stanje testiranih strojeva. Prilikom testiranja tehničkih sustava proveden je velik broj istraživanja kako u inozemstvu tako i u Hrvatskoj. Ulaskom Hrvatske u Europsku uniju na snagu stupa novi zakon kojem se obiteljski gospodarstvenici trebaju prilagoditi. U Europskoj uniji su direktive u zaštiti bilja 2009/128/EC i 2006/42/EC kojima je temeljni standard EN 13790. Oprema Zavoda za mehanizaciju poljoprivrednog fakulteta iz Osijeka je korištena prilikom testiranja ratarskih prskalica. Zavod posjeduje svu opremu za provedbu testiranja tehničkih sustava u zaštiti bilja po normi EN 13790 koja je osnova za provedbu direktiva 2009/128/EC i 2006/42/EC Europske unije. Norma EN 13790 sadrži vrijednosti koje definiraju ispravnost svakog elementa prskalice, također norma propisuje utvrđivanje ispravnosti istih, odnosno sadrži upute za postupak testiranja. Testirano je više tehničkih sustava različitih kapaciteta i različitih tipova prskalica. Testirano je 13 tehničkih sustava u zaštiti bilja od kojih su 3 vučena i 10 nošenih, s obujmom spremnika od 330 litara do 2600 litara, te radnog zahvata 6,5 do 18 metara. Od ukupnog broja testiranih tehničkih sustava, njih 10 zadovoljava kriterije određene Zakonom o održivoj uporabi pesticida (EN 13790). Kvarovi/greške koji se najčešće pojavljuju su neispravne mlaznice, neispravni manometri te kapanje tekućine na mjestima brtvljenja i vodovima. Kako bi bilo što više strojeva koji zadovoljavaju uvjete zakona koje propisuje EN 13790, zamjena mlaznica i manometara bi pridonijela smanjenju postotka kvarova sustava za zaštitu bilja od ukupnog broja testiranja istih.

In the Našice municipality, the objective of the research was to find out the technical product health of plant protection machinery and by examining them to establish the technical state of the machines. During the examination of the technical systems, a vast number has been explored abroad and in Croatia. Upon the accession of Croatia to the European Union, a new law enters into force to which family farms need to adapt to. In the European Union, the Directives for Plant Protection are 2009/128/EC and 2006/42/EC, for which EN 13790 is the basic standard. The equipment of the Institute for Mechanization of the Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek has been used for the examination of agrarian field sprayers. The Institute owns all the required equipment for conducting the examination of technical systems in the plant protection in accordance with the standard of EN 13790 which is the basis for the implementation of Directives 2009/128/EC and 2006/42/EC of the European Union. The EN 13790 standard contains values which define the product health of each sprayer element. The standard also regulates the health of the elements i.e. contains instructions for the examination process. Several technical systems with various capacity and various sprayer types have been examined. 13 technical systems for plant protection have been examined of which three were dragged and ten were carried, with a container volume of 330 l to 2600 l, and covering an area of 6,5 m to 18 m. Out of a total number of examined technical systems, 10 have been found to satisfy the criteria stipulated by the Law on Sustainable Use of Pesticides (EN 13790). Damages/defects that mainly occur are defect nozzles, defect manometers and liquid dripping at the sealing and the ducting. In order to have as many machines as possible which comply with the criteria of the Law stipulated by EN 13790, the replacement of the defect nozzles and manometers would contribute to the decrease of the percentage of plant protection system damages that have been examined in total.
