Abstract
Fusarium graminearum je mikotoksikogena plijesan koja se javlja kao kontaminant žitarica na polju i skladištima. Osim nastale ekonomske štete, bitne su i zdravstvene posljedice koje izazivaju B trihoteceni, mikotoksini koje sintetizira F. graminearum. U cilju smanjivanja kontaminacije ovim fitopatogenom ispitali smo utjecaj antifungalnih smjesa koje sadržavaju sintetske, prirodne antioskidanse i masne kiseline na gotovoj stočnoj hrani. Ispitane mješavine tvari obuhvatile su butilirani hidroksianisol, propil paraben, timol, oktansku i dekansku kiselinu u različitim kombinacijama i koncentracijama. Nijedna ispitana kombinacija antifungalnih tvari nije bila učinkovita u inhibiciji radijalnog rasta Fusarium graminearum kao niti u sintezi B trihotecena. Ispitane smjese očigledno vrlo stresno utječu na F. graminearum što rezultira stimuliranom sintezom deoksinivalenola

Fusarium graminearum is mycotoxinogenic mould that occurs as a contaminant of cereals in the fields and warehouses. Apart from resulting economic damages are significant and the health effects caused by B trichothecenes, mycotoxins synthesized by F. graminearum. In order to minimize contamination of the phytopathogens, we examined the impact of antifungal compounds containing synthetic, natural antioxidants and fatty acids in the finished feed. Tested mixtures of substances covered are butylated hydroxyanisole, propyl paraben, thymol, decanoic and octanoic acid in different combinations and concentrations. None of the tested combinations of antifungal substance was effective in inhibiting the radial growth of Fusarium graminearum, nor in the synthesis of B trichothecenes. The tested mixtures are obviously a very stressful impact on F. graminearum resulting in stimulated synthesis of deoxynivalenol.
