Abstract
U proizvodnji grožđa posebna se pažnja pridaje podizanju kvalitete grožđa, a ona se postiže pravilnim i pravovremenim provođenjem različitih agrotehničkih zahvata u nasadu odnosno na trsu. Tako na prinos i kakvoću grožđa najviše utječemo ampelotehničkim zahvatima na samoj lozi, ti se zahvati provode kroz rezidbu vinove loze. Rezidba vinove loze se provodi u zimskom perijodu (rez u zrelo) i ljetnom periodu (rez u zeleno). Rez u zeleno obuhvaća više zahvata ali nas zanima utjecaj zelene berbe odnosno prorjeđivanja grozdova. Postavljen je pokus na kultivaru Graševina, u vinogorju Đakovo na lokalitetu Mandićevac, gdje je praćen razvoj grožđa na trsovima na kojima je obavljena zelena rezidba i na trsovima na kojim nije provedena zelena rezidba. Kada je grožđe dozrelo obavljena je berba i prikupljeni su uzorci te izvršena analiza uzoraka. Mjereni parametri bili su: masa ubranog grožđa; sadržaj sladora u moštu grožđa; i ukupna kiselost u moštu ubranog grožđa. Rezultati su pokazali da postoji visoko značajna razlika između tretman a rezultirala se kod trsova na kojima je obavljena zelena berba u smanjenju mase grožđa, ali s višim sadržajem sladora i nižom ukupnom kiselosti. Dakle zelena berba utječe na parametre kakvoće kultivara Graševina, ali treba stručno odrediti pravo vrijeme i intenzitet zelene berbe kako bi postigli visoke rezultate.

In the grape production it is very significant to improve the quality by proper agro technical procedures in plantation that is vine. Ampelotechnical procedures on the vine have the greatest effect on yield and quality of grapes and they are carried out by cutting the grape vine in the winter period or summer period. Cutting in green consists of more procedures but we are interested in the effect of green harvest that is cluster thinning. The study was conducted on Welsh Riesling cultivar, in Đakovo vinyards, on the location of Madićevac, where the grape growth of vine processed by and without green cutting was observed. When the vine ripened and the harvest was done, the sample analysis was carried out. The measured parameters were the weight of grapes, the sugar and acidity of must. The results have shown a great difference between the treatments which resulted in decreased weight of grapes, increased sweetness and lower acidity where the green harvest was carried out. Therefore, green harvest affects the quality parameters of Welsh Riesling cultivar if timing and intensity of green harvest are well determined in order to achieve high results.
