Abstract
U radu je analizirana problematika ekonomske isplativosti proizvodnje mlijeka na primjeru farme mliječnih krava holstein pasmine gdje se kroz period od dvije godine kroz analizu ukupnih troškova pokazuje da vlastita proizvodnja voluminozne krme i primjena novih tehnologija umanjuje troškove koji bi nastali kupovinom istih na tržištu te kako smanjenje cijene koštanja proizvodnje može povećati ekonomičnost i rentabilnost proizvodnje. Analizom se pokazuje kako gospodarstvo ima predispozije za daljnji napredak kroz bolji menadžment proizvodnje povećanjem proizvodnosti po muznom grlu i smanjenjem troškova po jedinici proizvoda koji su mogući u ovakvom sustavu gospodarenja.

This study analyzes the issue of economic viability of milk production in the case of farm dairy Holstein cows where over a period of two years through the analysis shows that the total cost of their own fodder production and application of new technology reduces the costs that would arise from buying them on the market and to reduce prices cost of production can increase the efficiency and profitability of production. The analysis shows that the economy has predispositions for further improvements through better management of production by increasing productivity per milking cow and reduced costs per unit of output that are possible in this system of management.
