Abstract
U ovom diplomskom radu su prikazani rezultati anketnog ispitivanja preferencija potrošača prema kulenu na području Vukovarsko-srijemske županije. Razlog analize potrošačkih preferencija kulena je važnost te namirnice u prehrambenim navikama potrošača te kako bi saznali bar dijelom njihov stav prema kupovini i konzumaciji istog. Anketirano je 100 ispitanika, a anketom je utvrđeno sljedeće: većina ispitanika bile su žene, najfrekventnija dobna skupina bila je ona od 25 do 35 godina (43%), dominira srednja stručna sprema (70%), prosječno je to tročlana obitelj s jednim dijetetom starosti od devet godina. velika većina ispitanika živi u gradu (88%). Utvrđeno je da ispitanici kulen konzumiraju nekoliko puta godišnje (87%). Najčešće mjesto nabavke kulena je vlastita proizvodnja (67%) , a razlog je navika, zatim cijena te blizina.Promjenom cijena i dohotka ispitanici u najvećem broju ne bi promjenili količinu potrošnje (76%).

Parallel abstract (English)
This thesis has shown the results of a survey conducted in the area of Vukovar-srijem County, about the preferences of consumers towards the kulen. Reason behind this analysis is an importance of this grocery in the food habits of consumers and to partially find out their stand towards its purchase and consummation. Survey was conducted on 100 examinees and it concludes the following: most of the examinees are women, age 25 to 35 (43%), with high school level of education prevailing the most (70%), in average it’s tripartite family with one child age of 9, majority of examinees live in the city (88%). Survey found out that kulen was consumed several times during the year (87%). Most often kulen was homemade (67%) and the main reasons behind it, is first and foremost, the habit, then price and closeness. Changing the price of the grocery and total family income won’t substantially change the amount of consumption (76%).
