Abstract
Spremnici za bioplin predstavljaju jedne od najvažnijih dijelova bioplinskog postrojenja. Pri konstruiranju bioplinskog prostrojenja, koristimo visokotlačne ili niskotlačne spremnike za bioplin. Spremnici se najčešće izrađuju od čelika, od kojeg se zahtjeva izrazito visoka kvaliteta izrade te otpornost na visoke temperature i tlakove. Pri oblikovanju materijala vrlo je važno poznavati njegova svojstva , u našem slučaju čelika, te njegovo ponašanje u različitim uvjetima. Zbog toga , radimo ispitivanja od kojih su najvažnija ispitivanja čvrstoće,tvrdoće, lomljivosti, dozvoljenog naprezanja te tlačnog i vlačnog naprezanja. Također, za pravilno oblikovanje spremnika, moramo poznavati vrste i načine zavarivanja. Dobiveni rezultati ispitivanja daju nam uvid u kvalitetu i svojstva, te uz pomoć njih možemo odabrati najbolje materijale za izradu spremnika.

Tanks for biogas represent one of the most important parts of the biogas plant. In constructing biogas plant, we use high-pressure or low-pressure tanks for biogas. These tanks are usually made of steel, which requires an extremely high level of quality and resistance to high temperatures and pressures. In the design of materials, it’s very important to know its characteristics, in our case, steel, and its behavior under different conditions. Because of that fact, we must do tests. The most important are tests of strength, hardness, brittleness, allowable stress and pressure and tensile stress. Also, for the proper design of the tank, we need to know the types and methods of welding. The obtained test results give us insight into the quality and characteristics, and with their help we can select the best materials for making tanks.
