Abstract
Dana 12. veljače 2014 godine na snagu stupa zakon o održivoj uporabi pesticidima, radi dostizanja standarda te prilagodbe propisima Europske unije. Zakon sadrži odredbe koje su u sukladnosti s Direktivom 2009/128/EZ Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 21. Listopada 2009 o utvrđivanju akcijskog okvira Zajednice za postizanje održive uporabe pesticidima (SL L309,24.11.2009). Zakon je sastavljen od 37 članaka podijeljen u 13 poglavlja. Poglavlje 6 odnosi se na prskalice. Cilj istraživanja je doći do saznanja o tehničkoj ispravnosti strojeva za zaštitu bilja na području Općine Drenje te tehničkim pregledom utvrditi trenutačno stanje testiranih strojeva. Prilikom testiranja tehničkih sustava provedeno je veliki broj istraživanja kako u inozemstvu tako i u Hrvatskoj. Ulaskom Hrvatske u Europsku unije na snagu je došao novi zakon na koji se obiteljska gospodarstva trebaju prilagoditi. U Europskoj uniji na snazi je direktiva u zaštiti bilja 2009/128/EC i 2006/42/EC, kojima je temeljni standard EN 13790(I,II). Prilikom testiranja ratarski prskalica korištena je oprema Zavoda za mehanizaciju poljoprivrednog fakulteta iz Osijeka koji posjeduje svu opremu za provedbu testiranja tehničkih sustava u zaštiti bilja po normi EN13790 koja je osnova za provedbu direktiva 2009/128/EC i 2006/42/EC Europske unije. Norma EN13790 sadrži vrijednosti koje definiraju ispravnost svakog elementa prskalice, također norma propisuje utvrđivanje ispravnosti isitih, odnosno sadrži upute za postupak testiranja. Testirano je 12 tehničkih sustava u zaštiti bilja koji su nošeni strojevi s obujmom spremnika od 440 litara do 1000 litara, te radnog zahvata od 8 do 16 metara. Od ukupnjo testiranih 12 strojeva, njih samo 7 trenutačno zadovoljava kriterije odrežene Zakonom o održivoj uporabi pesticida (EN 13790). Najčešći kvarovi/greške koje se pojavljuju su neispravne mlaznice, manometri, crpke te kapanja tekućine ne mjestima brtvljenja i vodovima. Zamjena mlaznica i manometra ne treba nikakav napor i može se obaviti brzo i neizkuje nikakva sredstva, toga kad bi se vlasnici stroja motivirali na prvilnu zaštitu stroja , sigurno bi zadovoljavali i bilo bi puno više ispravnih strojeva prema zakonima koje propisuje norma EN 13790.

On February 12, 2014 the law was put in force about the sustainable use of pesticides, in order to meet the standards and to implement EU rules. The law contains provisions which are in conformity with Directive 2009/128 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 October 2009 establishing a Community framework of action to achieve sustainable use of pesticides ( OJ L309,24.11.2009 ). The law consists of 37 articles divided into 13 chapters. Chapter 6 refers to the sprayers. The main aim of the research is come to the knowledge of the technical condition of machines for plant protection in the Municipality Drenje and with technical inspection to determine the current state of the tested machines . During the testing of the technical systems large number of research was implemented, both abroad and in Croatia. When Croatia joined the European Union the new law came to force and family farms was needed to be adjusted. In the European Union in force is the directive about the plant protection 2009/128 / EC and 2006/42 / EC , which is the basic standard for EN 13790 ( I, II ). During the testing of the agricultural sprayers the equipment that was used is the equipment of the Institute for Mechanics Faculty of Agriculture in Osijek, who has all the equipment for tests of technical systems in plant protection according to the standard EN13790, which is the basis for the implementation of Directive 2009/128 / EC and 2006/42 / EC of the European Union. Standard EN13790 contains the values that define the validity of each element of the sprinkler, also prescribes the standard procedure to establishing the validity of the same, and includes instructions for testing procedure. 12 technical systems were tested in plant protection who carried machines with tank volume of 440 liters to 1000 liters and working widths from 8 to 16 meters. From a total of 12 machines tested, only 7 currently meets the criteria defined by the law of the sustainable use of pesticides ( EN 13790 ). The most common defects/bugs that appear are defective nozzles, pressure gauges, pumps and dripping liquids on places of the sealing and lines. Replacing the nozzle and the pressure gauge does not require any effort and can be done quickly and does not require resources, therefore, if the owners of the machine where to be motivated to use the proper protection of the machine, and would certainly have satisfied and it would be much more correct machines according to the laws laid down by standard EN 13790.
