Abstract
U ovom radu napravljen je osvrt na prisustvo štetne entomofaune, vlage zrna, temperature zrna, hektolitarske mase. Ukupno je analizirano 60 uzoraka s površine, sredine i dna zrnate mase, svaki uzorak težio je 250 grama, a uzorkovanje je obavljeno u 4 ponavljanja. Promatrajući dobivene rezultate zabilježena je maksimalna vlaga od 13,8% u zbirnom uzorku, s tim da je prosječna vlaga zrna varirala od 11,76% do 13,6%, što je predstavlja optimalnu vlagu za taj način skladištenja. Temperatura skladišta je tijekom mjeseca siječnja iznosila -1°C, dok je temperatura uskladištenih proizvoda bila u rasponu od 22,62 do 22,64°C. Najmanji izmjereni hektolitar iznosio je 60,9 kg/hl, dok je najveći, 73,4 kg/hl, uočen na dnu mjesta uzorkovanja. Analizom prisustva štetnika uočen je veći broj uginulih jedinki vrste S. oryzae L., S. granarius L., C. ferrugineus Steph., T. castaneum Herbst, R. dominica F., E. kuehinella Zell., Dermestidae ssp. i neznatan broj živih jedinki P. interpunctella Hbn. Promatrajući rezultate analiza tijekom mjeseca siječnja, veljače, ožujka 2016. možemo zaključiti kako je vlaga zrna uskladištenog kukuruza u optimalnim vrijednstima, kao i temperatura zrna, dok je hektolitar zadovoljavajući. S obzirom na povećan broj uginulih štetnika na OPG-u Ivan Dokladal potrebno je potpuno isprazniti tavan ili kemijski tretirati stare zalihe, koje predstavljaju izvor zaraze zdravog i ne zaraženog kukuruza. Uslijed povećanog prisustva uginulih jedinki narušena je kvaliteta uskladištene mase, te se preporuča češća kontrola skladišta, te potpuno pražnjenje tavana i pojačana dezinsekcija skladišta.

This work made reference to the presence of harmful insect fauna, grain moisture, grain temperature, hectolitre weight. A total of 60 samples were taken from the surface, middle and bottom of the storage mass, each sample weighing 250 grams and sampler in 4 repetitions. Looking at thes segments was recorded a maximum humidity of 13.8 % in the pooled sample, or an average seed moisture ranges from 11.76 % to 13.6 %, which is the optimum moisture available for the storage. Given that the storage temperature during the month of January was -1 ° C temperature of stored products ranged from 22.62 to 22.64 °C. The lowest recorded hectoliter is 60.9 kg /hl, while the biggest 73.4 kg /hl observed at the bottom of the sampling. The analysis of the presence of the pest has been observed quite a number of expired individual species S. oryzae L., S. granarius L., C. ferrugineus Steph., T. castaneum Herbst., R. dominica F., E. kuehinella Zell., Dermestidae ssp. and the small number of living individuals P.interpunctella Hbn. Looking at the results of the analysis made during the months of January, February, March 2016. We conclude that the grain moisture was in the optimal range, as well as temperature, while hectolitre satisfactory. Due to the increased number of dead pests on the family farm at OPG Ivan Dokladal is necessary to completely empty the attic or chemically treated old stock, because it is a medium infestation of pests, and thus leads to contamination of healthy and not infected corn. Due to the increased presence of dead individuals undermined the quality of the stored weight, and it is recommended more frequent control of the warehouse, and complete emptying of the attic and enhanced disinfestation of the warehouses.
