Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati utjecaj različitog osvjetljenja na energiju klijanja, klijavost, masu, dužinu i način klijanja u laboratorijskim uvjetima biljnih vrsta Tagetes patula L. i Calendula officinalis L. pod bijelim i plavim svjetlom te podatke usporediti s onima navedenim na deklaraciji. Za pokus je korišteno sjeme vrsta Tagetes patula L. i Calendula officinalis L. Temperatura na koju je pokus postavljen iznosila je 24°C, na 12h dana i 12h noći. Utvrđeno je da se klijavost i energija klijanja kadifice podudaraju. Klijavost na deklaraciji sjemena kadifice je 89%, no ona je niža za 30,66%. Klijavost i energija klijavosti nevena razlikuju se u 15,56%. Dužina stabljike kadifice pod bijelim svjetlom ima znatno veće iznose. Dužina korjena veća je pod plavim svjetlom. Masa klijanaca nije bila pod značajnim utjecajem osvjetljenja. Dužina stabljike i korjena i masa nevena pod različitim osvjetljenjem imaju podjednake iznose koji nisu statistički značajni.

The aim of this study was to examine germination energy and seed germination under different light conditions and compare those data with the ones on the declaration of seed. The seed of Tagetes patula L. and Calendula officinalis L was used during the experiment. . Temperature was set at 24°C, 12 hours of day and 12 hours of night. Germination and germination energy of Tagetes patula L. are similar. Declaration of seed of Tagetes patula L. claims that germination should be 89% but it was 30,66% lower. Germination and germination energy of Calendula officinalis L. vary for 15,56%. Length of the stem of Tagetes patula L. was longer at white illumination and length of the root was longer at the blue illumination. Weight was equal, or had a minor difference. Difference of length of a stem, length of a root or a weight of Calendula officinalis L. was not recorded
