Abstract
Ponašanje potrošača predstavlja proces pribavljanja i kozumiranja raznih proizvoda i usluga. Na ponašanje pri kupovini utječu razni vanjski i unutarnji čimbenici. Na kupovinu proizvoda najveći utjecaj imaju ekonomske okolnosti i navike u kojima se svaka osoba nalazi. Resursi s kojima svaki potrošač raspolaže su vrijeme, novac, sposobnost prihvaćanja i razmatranje informacija o proizvodima. Proizvodnja hrane je jedna od najznačajnijih proizvodnji nužna za opstanak stanovništva, te ona izravno utječe na gospodarske i društvene promjene. Svaki proizvođač koji želi svojim proizvodima osvojiti tržište i ostvariti uspješnu prodaju, mora se boriti za svoje kupce ponudom i raznim aktivnostima i uvjeriti potrošače da je njihov proizvod taj koji će zadovoljiti njihove potrebe i želje. Za razvoj poljoprivredne proizvodnje potrebno je osigurati konkurentnost domaćih proizvoda. Stvaranje profita važno je za dugoročan razvoj , a to je moguće ako je proizvodnja orijentirana na zadovoljstvo kupaca.

Consumer behavior is the process of obtaining and consuming a variety of products and services. The behavior of the purchase is influenced by various external and internal factors. On the purchase of products most affected by the economic circumstances and habits in which each person is. Resources with which each consumer has the time, money, the ability to accept and review product information. Food production is one of the most important production is necessary for the survival of the population, and it directly affects economic and social change. Every producer who wants their products to win market and achieve a successful sale, must fight for their customers and offer a variety of activities and convince consumers that their product is the one that will meet their needs and desires. For the development of agricultural production is necessary to ensure the competitiveness of domestic products. Making profit is important for long-term development, but it is possible if the production-oriented to customer satisfaction.
