Abstract
Kroz ovaj rad ispitane su mogućnosti brandiranja svježe i smrznute šparoge. Pored toga opisana je tehnologija proizvodnje svježe i smrznute šparoge. Glavni cilj je što bolje upoznavanje sa srijemskom šparogom i njenom preradom u smrznutu. U ovom diplomskom radu su prikazani rezultati anketnog ispitivanja preferencija potrošača prema šparogama na području Vukovarsko-srijemske županije. Razlog analize potrošačkih preferencija šparoga je važnost te namirnice u prehrambenim navikama potrošača te kako bi saznali bar dijelom njihov stav prema kupovini i konzumaciji istog. Anketirano je 100 ispitanika, a anketom je utvrđeno sljedeće: većina ispitanika bile su žene, najfrekventnija dobna skupina bila je ona od 25 do 35 godina (42%), dominira srednja stručna sprema (65%), prosječno je to četveročlana obitelj sa dvoje djece starosti od pet do deset godina. Velika većina ispitanika živi u gradu (79%). Prosječna obiteljska primanja iznose 5.500,00 kn. Utvrđeno je da ispitanici šparoge konzumiraju samo u sezoni, te nemaju u ponudi smrznutu šparogu, da je imaju konzumirali bi je tijekom godine. Ispitanicima je vrlo važno porijeklo proizvoda, tj. preferiraju kupovati domaće proizvode. Ispitanici smatraju da je šparoga značajna u svakodnevnoj prehrani. Promjenom cijena i dohotka ispitanici u najvećem broju bi promijenili količinu potrošnje (71%). Za isplativost proizvodnje šparoge potrebno je brandiranje oznaka ekološko, izvorno i zemljopisno porijeklo. Brandirane šparoge su veće vrijednosti i konkurentnije na europskom tržištu, na kojem ima i te kako mjesta za „Srijemska šparoga Di Luji“.

In this paper examined the possibilities of branding fresh and frozen asparagus. Also described is the technology of production of fresh and frozen asparagus. The main objective is to better meet the Srijem asparagus and its processing into frozen. This thesis presents the results of a survey of consumer preferences towards asparagus in the Vukovar-Srijem County. Reason analysis of consumer preferences asparagus is the importance of these foods in the diet habits and to find out at least part of their attitude towards the purchase and consumption of the same. Surveyed 100 respondents, a survey has found a majority of respondents were women, the most frequent age group was that of 25-35 years (42%), dominated by high school education (65%), on average, this family of four with two children the age of five to ten years. The vast majority of respondents living in the city (79%). The average family income is 5.500,00 kn. It was found that participants consuming asparagus in season, and have offered frozen asparagus that have consumed it during the year. Respondents were very important to the origin of the product, ie, prefer to buy domestic products. Respondents believe that the asparagus important in the daily diet. By changing the price and income respondents mostly to change the amount of consumption (71%). To make the production of asparagus is necessary branding mark ecologically, the source and geographical origin. Branded asparagus are of greater value and more competitive in the European market, where there is very much room for "Sremska asparagus Di Luji".
