Abstract
Mikroorganizmi na plodnost zemljišta mogu utjecati direktno i indirektno. Direktno djelovanje uključuje procese izumiranja i mineralizacije mikroorganizama, pri čemu u zemljištu ostaju biljna hranjiva. Indirektno djelovanje obuhvaća sudjelovanje mikroorganizama u mineralizaciji biljnih i životinjskih ostataka u tlu i razlaganju teže razgradivih minerala Na raspored mikroorganizama najviše utječu ekološki čimbenici primjerice temperatura, vlaga, organska tvar. Korisni mikroorganizmi su u stanju razgraditi i sintetičke kemikalije (kao što su rezidue pesticida) i to relativno brzo, u roku od mjesec dana do jedne godine, sve zbog svoje iznimne sposobnosti antioksidacije. Mikroorganizmi koji negativno utječu na rast biljke su patogene gljive, oomicete, bakterije i nematode.. Trebaju vladati povoljne temperature dovoljno dugo kako bi se efikasno uništili patogeni mikroorganizmi. Za biološko suzbijanje gljivica uzročnika biljnih bolesti i zaštita domaćina od patogena, kreirani su bio fungicidi. Pri korištenju bioloških preparata moramo koristit odvojeno od kemijskih pripravaka. U Republici hrvatskoj imamo nekolicinu bioloških pripravaka kao što su Trichodex, Serenade WP, AQ 1O.

Microorganisms in the soil fertility can be affected directly and indirectly. Direct action involves extinction and mineralization processes of microorganisms, wherein the soil remains plant nutrients. Indirect action includes participation of microorganisms in the mineralization of plant and animal residues in soil and interpreting difficult degradable minerals On schedule microorganisms most affected by environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, organic matter. Useful microorganisms are able to break down and synthetic chemicals (such as pesticide residues) and relatively quickly, within a period of one month to one year, all due to its exceptional antioxidant capabilities. Microorganisms that negatively affect the growth of plant pathogenic fungi, Oomycetes, bacteria and nematodes .. They need to rule favorable temperature long enough to effectively kill pathogenic microorganisms. For biological control fungus plant diseases and protect the host against pathogens, are designed bio fungicides. When using biological products we have used separate from chemical preparations. In Croatia we have a number of biological preparations such as Trichodex, Serenade WP, AQ 1O
