Abstract

Parallel abstract (English)
The research was conducted in 2014 on the Faculty of Agriculture. Trials were conducted in vitro laboratory under controlled conditions. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different concentrations of hormones in growth media on the growth and development of wild roses and examine the impact of treatment biostimulant on the mineral composition of plant mass and root seedlings of wild roses. The experiment consisted of twenty flasks in four repetitions of a single variety of culture medium (BI) and twenty flasks other variants of culture medium (B). The first variant of culture medium contained the hormones BAP (6-benzyl aminopurine) and hormone (indol-butyl acid), while the second variant of the substrate contained only hormone BAP.Investigated parameters were number of shoots, above-ground mass, root length and weight and plant height of the wild rose. Effect of bio-stimulant positively influenced the increase of K and P in the aerial part of seedlings of wild roses as well as the increase in the number of shoots and root mass, while different concentrations of the hormones had no significant effect on the concentration of P, but they had positive effects on the concentration of Mg. Research indicates that the application of bio-stimulant in the production of seedlings of wild rose improves the growth and development of roots and above-ground mass which is important for faster plant adaptation on stress during transplanting
