Abstract
Pokus s defolijacijom na kultivaru Sauvignon bijeli je postavljen na Fakultetskom pokušalištu Mandićevac. Istraživan je utjecaj defolijacije u zoni grožđa na osnovne pokazatelje kakvoće (sadržaj šećera i pH vrijednost). Dobiveni rezultati ukazuju da defolijacija u 2015. godini na navedenoj sorti nije imala nikakvog učinka s obzirom na ispitivane pokazatelje. Utvrđene su vrlo male razlike u sadržaju šećera i pH vrijednosti s obzirom na istraživane klonove (10 -10 i SI – 2) i one se najvjerojatnije mogu pripisati slučajnim varijacijama. Za detaljniju i precizniju procjenu utjecaja defolijacije na istraživane parametre trebalo bi provesti višegodišnja istraživanje na nekoliko lokacija.

Parallel abstract (English)
The experiment with the defoliation on the cultivar Sauvignon white was set in Mandićevac on the faculty territory. We have researched the influence of defoliation in the grape zone on the main quality indicators (sugar content and pH value). The results show that the defoliation in the year of 2015 had no effect according to the tested indicator. Differences between the sugar content and pH value are very small regarding to the researched clones (10-10 and Si-2) and they can be seen as random variations. For detailed and more precise assessment for the researched parameters we should take experiments on several locations in more years.
