Abstract
S. sclerotiorum je patogena gljiva koja parazitira na više od 408 biljnih vrsta. Optimalna temperatura za razvoj je između 15 i 21ºC i visoka relativna vlaga zraka. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati utjecaj temperature, pH podloge i eteričnih ulja na razvoj S. sclerotiorum. Temperature na kojima su se držali uzorci su 15ºC, 22ºC i 30ºC, pH podloga je bio 6,5 i 7,5, a korištena eterična ulja su bila ulja kadulje, anisa, timijana, mente i bijelog bora. Laboratorijskim istraživanjem utvrđeno je da timijan ima najbolje antifungalno djelovanje na porast micelija i da je temperatura 30ºC najmanje povoljna za razvoj ove gljive. S. sclerotiorum is patogenic fungus which is parasite on more than 408 plant species. The optimum temperature for development is between 15 and 22ºC. It also prefers high relative air moisture. The aim of this research was to compare influence of temperature, pH of nutrition media and essential oils on growth of S. sclerotiorum. The temperature at which the samples are kept were 15ºC , 22ºC and 30ºC , pH of substrate was 6.5 and 7.5. In this experiment five essential oils (thyme, sage, white pine, anise and mint) were used. Thyme was the best essential oil against disease and white pine is the worst. The worst temperature for S. sclerotiorum development is 30ºC.
