Abstract
Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati alelopatski utjecaj vodenih ekstrakata pripremljenih od svježe i suhe nadzemne mase žute vučje stope (Aristolochia clematitis) na klijavost i rast ozime pšenice te korovne vrste bezmirisne kamilice (Tripleurospermum inodorum). Ispitivan je učinak ekstrakata svježe i suhe mase u koncentracijama od 1, 5 i 10% u petrijevim zdjelicama, a u posudama s tlom ispitivan je učinak u koncentracijama od 5 i 10%. U pokusu s petrijevim zdjelicama, ekstrakti svježe mase nisu pokazali značajan učinak na klijavost pšenice, ali su smanjili duljinu korijena korova. U petrijevim zdjelicama ekstrakti suhe mase pokazali su inhibitorni učinak na duljinu klijanaca obje vrste i to posebice u tretmanima s višim koncentracijama. Primjena ekstrakata u posude s tlom imala je najčešće manji učinak nego kod pokusa u petrijevim zdjelicama, posebice kod ekstrakata od suhe mase. Samo je duljina korijena i izdanka bezmirisne kamilice bila smanjena i u petrijevkama i u posudama. Ekstrakti od suhe mase imali su jači inhibitorni učinak.

The aim of this study was to examine the allelopathic effect of water extracts prepared from fresh and dry above-ground biomass of birthwort (Aristolochia clematitis) on germination and growth of winter wheat and weed species scentless mayweed (Tripleurospermum inodorum). The effect of extracts from fresh and dry biomass in concentrations of 1, 5 and 10% in Petri dishes, and effect of extracts in 5 and 10% concentrations in pots with soil was examined. In the experiment with Petri dishes, extracts from fresh biomass showed no significant effect on germination of wheat, but reduced the root length of weed. In Petri dish, extracts from dry biomass showed inhibitory effect on seedlings length of both species, in particular in treatments with higher concentrations. Application of extracts to pots with soil had lower effect than in experiments in Petri dishes, in particular when extracts from dry biomass were applied. Only the length of root and shoot of scentless mayweed was reduced both in petri dishes and pots. Extracts from dry biomass had stronger inhibitory effect.
