Abstract
Bavljenje ruralnim turizmom u Hrvatskoj je u porastu, a može se naći i kvalitetna ponuda ruralno turističkih odredišta. Za kreiranje proizvoda i usluga u ruralnom turizmu potrebna je kreativnost i originalnost koju gosti cijene. Prema podacima iz provedene ankete bitno je zaključiti da je gotovo 60% ispitanika posjetilo neko ruralno turističko odredište, a 27% ima želju posjetiti. Preko 90% ispitanika je iskazalo veću zainteresiranost za tradicionalnu ponudu hrane, u odnosu na klasičnu ponudu hrane. 15% ispitanika ne bi probali domaći sok koji im na očigled ne izgleda primamljivo. Ispitanici se slažu da objekti na ruralnom turističkom odredištu trebaju biti uređeni u tradicionalnom stilu kao i oko toga da proizvodi na ruralnom turističkom odredištu trebaju biti proizvedeni na samom gospodarstvu ili na obližnjim OPG-ima. Gotovo u jednakim omjerima ispitanici su zainteresirani za skuplju i kvalitetniju ponudu, odnosno manje kvalitetnu, ali značajno jeftiniju ponudu. Ispitanici bi radije pristali na paket s nekoliko usluga po jednoj cijeni, nego da sami biraju što žele koristiti od ponuđenih usluga. Najveći interes u ruralnom turizmu privlači mogućnost aktivnog odmora, zatim slijedi gastronomska ponuda, doživljaj tradicije te uređenje objekata i smještaja.

Rural tourism in Croatia rising, and offers of tourist destinations are quality. Creating of products and services requires creativity and originality, that guests appreciate. According to the survey it is important to conclude that almost 60% of respondents visited a rural tourism destination, and 27% have desire to visit. Over 90% of respondents expressed greater interest in traditional food supply, compared to traditional food supply. 15% of respondents would not try homemade juice which do not look tasty to them. Respondents agree that the objects at the rural tourism destinations should be decorated in traditional style and products at the rural tourism destination should be produced on the farm or at the nearby family farms. Almost in equal proportions respondents are interested in a more expensive and better offer, or less quality, but significantly cheaper offer. Respondents would prefer package of several services at one price, but to choose what they want from the services offer. The greatest interest in rural tourism attracts the possibility of active holiday, then gastronomy, experience of tradition and arranging facilities and accommodation.
