Abstract
Istraživanje je provedeno tijekom 2014. godine u vinogradima vinarije obitelji Szabo u Karancu, podregija Podunavlje, vinogorje Baranja. Pokus je postavljen po slučajnom blok sustavu u tri ponavljanja s tri varijante. (ručna defolijacija – ostavljeno 3 lista po mladici, ručna defolijacija – ostavljeno 6 listova po mladici, kontrola – bez uklanjanja listova). Cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati utjecaj rane defolijacije na kvantitativne parametre: prirod po biljci, masa grozda, broj grozdova po biljci, te kvalitativne: sadržaj šećera u moštu i ukupnu kiselost mošta na kultivaru Cabernet sauvignon. Obradom prikupljenih podataka, te analizom varijance, utvrdili smo da dobivene razlike između tretmana nisu statistički opravdane, osim za parametar prosječna masa grozda. The study was conducted during 2014 in the vineyards of the winery family Szabo in Karanac, subregion Podunavlje, vinegrowing district Baranja. The experiment was conducted using the randomized block design based on three replications that included three variants (manual 3 leaf defoliation, manual 6 leaf defoliation, control –without leaves removal) of defoliation before flowering. The aim of this study was to investigate the influence of early defoliation on quantitative parameters: yield per plant, mass of cluster, number of clusters per plant and qualitative: the sugar and acidity in must on the cv. Cabernet Sauvignon. The results indicate that the tested viticultural practices in 2014 contributed significantly to the affected enlargement mass of cluster.
