Abstract
Cilj ovog diplomskog rada bio je utvrditi dinamiku najznačajnijih pokazatelja kvalitete grožđa kultivara Frankovka u vinogorju Feričanci uzorkovanjem od faze zelene bobice do tehnološke zriobe tijekom dvije godine. Godine su se bitno razlikovale po vremenskim prilikama. U 2013.godini bile su znatno povoljnije vremenske prilike (manja količina oborina, iako nešto veća od višegodišnjeg prosjeka, veća suma aktivnih temperatura tijekom vegetacijskog perioda, manja oblačnost i veći broj sunčanih sati) u odnosu na 2014. godinu. Sadržaj šećera u moštu bio je veći za 13 Oe, a ukupna kiselost je 2,17 g/L manja u 2013. u odnosu na 2014.godinu. Vrijednosti antocijana i ukupnih polifenola u zadnjem uzorkovanju bile su znatno više u 2014. u odnosu na 2013. godinu. Dobivene vrijednosti ukazuju da se fenolna i tehnološka zrelost ne moraju podudarati i da se za svaki kultivar i proizvodno područje trebaju utvrditi. Nesklad između ovih dviju zrelosti posljedica je nepovoljnih vremenskih prilika.

Parallel abstract (English)
The goal of this graduate thesis was to determine the dynamics of the most significant indicators of the grape quality by cultivar Blauer Limberger in wine-growing region Feričanci. Sampling was conducted during two years time, starting from green berries stage to technological maturity. Years were significantly different by the weather condictions. There were more favorable weather condictions in 2013 ( less rainfall, although slightly higher than longterm averages, the greater the sum of active temperatures during the growing period, less colud cover and greater number of hours of sunshine) compared to 2014. The sugar content in the must was higher by 13 Oe, and total acidity is 2.17 g / L lower in 2013 compared to 2014. The values of anthocyanins and total polyphenols in the last sampling were significantly higher in 2014 compared to 2013. The values obtained show that phenolic and technological maturity may not coincide and that for each cultivar and production area should be determined. Mismatches between these two maturity is the result of unfavorable weather conditions
