Abstract
U ovom radu opisan je postupak proizvodnje kamilice, od proizvodnje sjemena do destilacije ulja iz samog proizvoda. Da bi sjetva kamilica uspjela, potrebno je savladati tehnologiju proizvodnje kamilice. Od duboke obrade tla, do pripreme fine posteljice za površinsku sjetvu sjemena. Njega usjeva počinje od samog nicanja kada treba obratiti pozornost na pojave neželjenih korovnih vrsta koji mogu utjecati na prinos biljke, otežati berbu te na kraju krajeva utjecati i na kvalitetu dobivenog cvijeta što će se zasigurno odraziti na financijski dio poslovanja. Veliku pažnju u proizvodnji kamilice treba obratiti na postupak sušenja uroda. Da bi se sušenje obavilo kvalitetno potrebno je investirati u specijalizirane sušare namijenjene isključivo za sušenje ljekovitog bilja. Mogućnosti udruživanja i zajedničkog nastupanja na tržištu te apliciranje na fondove iz mjera ruralnog razvoja pospješuju realizaciju i isplativost poslovnog projekta proizvodnje kamilice

This paper describes a process of the production of chamomile, from seed production to the distillation of oil from the product itself. To successfully manage planting chamomile, it is necessary to master the technology of production of chamomile. Starting with deep tillage to prepare fine place for surface sowing seeds. Care about crops begins from the germination when its important to pay attention to the appearance of unwanted weeds that can affect the yield of the plant, make it difficult to harvest and ultimately affect the quality of the flowers which will certainly affect the financial part of the business. The main focus of the production of chamomile should be process of drying yield. To perform drying well it is necessary to invest in specialized driers which are made exclusively for drying herbs. Possibilities for joint appearance on the market and applying for funds from rural development measures enhance the realization and profitability of the business project for the production of chamomile.
