Abstract
Poljoprivredna tehnika tijekom eksploatacije izložena je korozijskim pojavama, prije svega zbog radnog okoliša u kome obavljaju svoju osnovnu djelatnost. Atmosfera, voda i tlo su temeljni čimbenici takve korozije, a isti su potpomognuti specifičnim čimbenicima u obliku tvari i kemikalija koje se pojavljuju u određenoj vrsti poljoprivredne proizvodnje. U radu su analizirane korozijske pojave koje su nastale na odabranim predstavnicima poljoprivredne tehnike u tvrtki PIK Vinkovci. Utvrđeno je da se najčešće pojavljuje opća ravnomjerna korozija koja zahvaća sve strojeve i uređaje. Uz prisutnost agresivnih tvari i kemikalija, na nekim strojevima nastala je opća neravnomjerna korozija. Uvjeti opterećenja i oblici konstrukcijske izvedbe nekih strojeva pogodovali su nastanku specifičnih oblika korozije – tarne i napetosne korozije, te korozijskog zamora. Zbog prirode nastanka i načina širenja, neke od tih korozija uzrokovale su pojavu potpovršinske korozije. U zaštiti od korozijskih pojava tvrtka PIK Vinkovci provodi uobičajene mjere – čišćenje, pranje i konzervaciju strojeva, bojanje dijelova kojima je oštećena površinska zaštita, te odgovarajuće garažiranje, sukladno naputcima za održavanje i dobroj praksi u poljoprivredi.

Agricultural technique during exploitation is exposed to corrosion phenomena, primarily due to the work environment in which it performs its core business. The atmosphere, water and soil are fundamental factors of such corrosion, and the same are supported by specific factors in the form of substances and chemicals that appear in certain types of agricultural production. The paper analyses the corrosion phenomena that occurred on selected representatives of agricultural technique in the company PIK Vinkovci. It was found that the most frequently occurring general corrosion with equal action (uniform corrosion), which affects all machines and devices. With the presence of aggressive chemicals, on some machines, there was a general corrosion with unequal action. Loading conditions and forms of the design of some machines were favourable for the formation of specific forms of corrosion – friction and stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue. Because of the nature of occurrence and propagation modes, some of these corrosion caused appearance of subsurface corrosion. In the protection from corrosion phenomena company PIK Vinkovci conducted the usual measures – cleaning, washing and conservation of machines, colouring parts with damaged surface protection, and adequate garaging, in accordance with the instructions for maintenance and good agricultural practices.
