Abstract
Istraživanje utjecaja pH na status dušika i fosfora u tkivu jagoda u akvaponskom sustavu provedeno je na Poljoprivrednom fakultetu u Osijeku 2013 godine. Cilj istraživanja je bio istražiti mogućnost uzgoja jagoda u akvaponskom sustavu pri uvjetima visokog pH, različitih inertnih supstrata te kontroliranog osvjetljenja bez posljedica na ihtiofaunu. Provedena su mjerenja svih važnih faktora koji utječu na rast i razvoj biljaka; temperatura vode i zraka, pH, koncentracije amonijaka, nitrita i nitrata, elektrokonduktivitet, koncentracije kisika otopljenog u vodi, jakost i spektralni sastav rasvjete. Nakon perioda od dva i pol mjeseca uzeti su biljni uzorci (list i korijen jagoda) te su provedene kemijske analize biljnog tkiva. Statistički značajna razlika u koncentraciji teških metala u vodi akvaponskih sustava utvrđena je između početka i kraja ciklusa, za sve istraživane elemente osim za Pb. Niske koncentracije mikroelemenata za posljedicu su imale pojavu kloroza na jagodama. pH vode u akvaponskom sustavu bio je nepovoljan za usvajanje većine elementa neophodnih u ishrani bilja. Iz dobivenih rezultata vidljivo je da je kombinacija plavog i crvenog spektra imala statistički značajan pozitivan utjecaj na koncentraciju dušika i fosfora u tkivu jagoda.

Research on the influence of pH on the status of nitrogen and phosphorus in the tissue of strawberries in aquaponic system was conducted at Faculty of Agriculture 2013. The aim was to explore the possibility of growing strawberries in aquaponic system in conditions of high pH, various inert substrate and controlled light without consequences on ichthyofauna. Measurements of all the important factors that affect the growth and development of plants; water and air temperature, pH, ammonia, nitrite and nitrate, Ec, the concentration of oxygen dissolved in water, the intensity and spectral composition of light. After a period of two and a half months to take the herbal samples (leaf and root strawberry) and are carried out chemical analyzes of plant tissue. A statistically significant difference in the concentration of heavy metals in water of aquaponic system existed between the beginning and end of the cycle for all investigated elements except for Pb. Low concentrations of trace elements have resulted in the emergence of chlorosis on strawberries. The pH of water in aquaponic system was unfavorable for the adoption of most of the necessary elements in plant nutrition. From the results it is evident that the combination of the blue and red spectrum had a statistically significant positive effect on the concentration of nitrogen and phosphorus in tissue strawberries
